Barbell Lifting Fundamentals

If you’re looking to get into strength training but don’t know where to start or feel intimidated by lifting, our Barbell Lifting Fundamentals course is here to help. In just 6 days, you'll learn essential barbell movements—like squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press—along with proper technique to lift safely and confidently. Each session includes mobility work, structured workouts, and guidance on tracking your progress. With a max of 6 participants, you'll receive personalized coaching in a supportive, easy-to-follow environment, helping you build strength and set the foundation for long-term success.

Barbell Lifting Progression

Take your strength training to the next level with our Advanced Barbell Training course. Building on the fundamentals, this program introduces more complex lifts—such as power cleans, front squats, and Romanian deadlifts—while refining your technique on foundational movements. You'll also learn advanced programming concepts, including progressive overload, accessory work, and recovery strategies to optimize your performance. With a max of 6 participants, each session ensures personalized coaching in a supportive environment, helping you lift with confidence and continue progressing toward your goals.
